Our own answers, published. (Yes — that's the point.)
This page exists so you don't have to call us to learn these things. It's the fix, demonstrated. Anything missing — the email in the footer reaches a human.
Understanding it
Aren't insurance questions just part of running a practice?
Answering them is. Answering each one BY PHONE, individually, forever, is a choice — made by default when the answers were never published. The question volume is fixed; what's variable is how many become calls. The free score estimates your share in three minutes.
Patients will still call anyway — people don't read.
Some always will, and the phone stays for them. But "people don't read" is usually a verdict passed on an outdated page written in practice-speak. Pages built from the literal questions patients ask, kept current, measurably deflect — and the growing share of patients who ask AI assistants first can ONLY be reached by what's published.
Can't we just put our insurance list online?
That's the right first brick — and it's usually where practices stop. The list answers "are you in-network?" but not the follow-ups that actually consume the line: "what will MY plan cover for this?", "what does it cost without insurance?", "do I need a referral?" The system publishes the whole ten, in patients' words, and keeps them current.
How is this different from the peak-hour service in your network?
Sister doors: Drowning at Noon covers the desk when VOLUME floods it. This door shrinks the volume itself — by retiring the repetitive share of it to published answers. Many practices need the floor first, the unclogging second; the assessments sort the order.
Is my practice a fit?
Who is this for?
Insurance-heavy practices: dental, medical and specialty, behavioral health, chiro and PT, vision — anywhere "do you take..." is the soundtrack of the front desk.
We're cash-pay / out-of-network. Still relevant?
Even more so — your ten questions are pricing, superbills, and "why don't you take insurance," and the answers are make-or-break for conversion. Cash-pay practices with published, confident pricing pages convert the callers who'd otherwise never dial.
Our answers are complicated — plans vary by employer.
Complicated is what publishing is FOR: the honest page says what varies, what's typical, and exactly what to have ready when you call — turning a ten-minute spelunk into a two-minute confirmation. Complexity unpublished generates the longest calls of all.
Does this involve patient data or PHI?
No. Test calls use personas we control asking general questions; published answers are general by design. We measure your line and your pages, never your patients.
How it works
What's in the free assessment?
Ten questions: practice type, new-inquiry volume, where answers can be found without calling, honest clog share, answer-call burden, page currency, publishing habit, ownership, patient value. You get a 0–100 score, four axis scores worst-first, and a written report with a monthly crowd-out estimate.
Who writes the report?
The written analysis is produced by Claude, an AI model, from your answers and computed scores only — every claim traces to something you said. The scoring is published, deterministic math. We name the AI because it's true.
What does the $500 discovery involve?
Two timed call streams into your real windows over five business days — your commonest questions (durations, holds, callbacks) and new-patient attempts (get-through rates) — per your written permission, timestamped at the source. Plus the findability audit: what patients and AI assistants actually find when they look for your answers.
Will the test calls burden the desk you're trying to help?
A handful of ordinary calls across five days — the kind they already field hourly. Every probe is identified to you after the window closes, and the desk usually ends up the fix's biggest fan: it's their treadmill being retired.
Money, after, and objections
Why pay $500 for this?
Because "publish your FAQs" as free advice produces the 2022 page that didn't work. The $500 buys the measurement that makes the fix land: what's actually asked, what it costs, what it crowds out, and what's findable — timestamped. If your line measures clear, "confirmed" is the deliverable.
What do fixes cost?
Builds start at $2,500, quoted in writing after the discovery, scoped to your actual clog — the answer pages, the publish-once workflow, the keep-current schedule, the text path. The floor is published because hidden prices waste everyone's time.
What happens after I get my score?
You have the report and the estimate. Clear line — keep it, you're done. Clogged — the report's next step is the discovery, booked and prepaid online in one step. No sales sequence beyond three emails that end on schedule.
How do I know you won't inflate findings to sell a build?
The discovery is priced to stand alone, so "your line is clear" is a deliverable we can afford. Every finding carries timestamps you can check, and this door's estimate deliberately excludes staff time — understating is our tell.
Never heard of you. Why trust you?
Don't — verify. The score is free and shows its work. The discovery is $500 against timestamps you can inspect. And this very page is the product demonstrated: our answers, published, so you didn't have to call. Who we are: about page.
